The Philadelphia Housing Authority just made a $23,000,000 investment on 55 new energy-efficient apartments in the Strawberry Mansion area. This deal could change the course of future real estate trends in this lower income Philly neighborhood. The area could ideally be a perfect spot for real estate investors due to its convenient location to Fairmount park and Wissahickon Valley Park.
